SavorIP may process an anonymous browser identifier, saved artwork IDs, project titles, settings and previews, photos and descriptions deliberately uploaded by the user, and name, email, contact details and requests submitted for consultation. The server does not directly store payment-card information.
Photos are first processed in the browser and may be recorded on the server only when the user chooses to save or submit a request. Public artwork originals and user-uploaded originals are kept private where possible; public pages use reduced or derivative images.
Information is kept only as long as necessary for its purpose, unless law requires a longer period. Projects can be removed from My Box, and requests to delete consultation information can be submitted through the partnership and consultation channel.
Depending on the operating environment, protected external storage and transmission services may be used. Full operation should apply access control, encrypted transport, private originals, time-limited downloads and activity records.
No production or consultation request is transmitted without the required consent. Camera and microphone access is used only when the user starts the function and grants browser permission.
This service is currently available at a temporary address for functional review. Secure access, member authentication, payment-provider integration and detailed retention periods must be finalised before full operation.
