1. Purpose of the service

SavorIP connects discovery of real artworks, space previews, artwork passports, travel memories, Savori creative support, production requests and partnerships. This temporary deployment is a current service and prioritises functional verification and consultation requests over automatic payment.

2. Savori creative-support principles

• The creator and user remain the people who think, choose and decide.
• Savori assists with input, organisation, enlargement, draft descriptions and production preparation.
• Original files, Savori-assisted drafts and user-approved versions are kept separate.
• Unverified rights or imitation of a specific artist's style are not commercialised.

3. Artworks and user content

Rights in artwork images and descriptions belong to their respective rightsholders. Users retain rights in space, travel and creative materials they upload, and must hold the rights needed for upload and production requests. Sale or product production may be restricted until rights are confirmed.

4. Paid services and production requests

Submitting a current request does not complete payment. Artwork rights, size, quantity, production specifications, delivery, cancellation and refund conditions, and the final amount are confirmed before separate consent and payment.

5. User responsibilities and prohibited conduct

Users must not upload another person's personal information, likeness, trademark or copyrighted work without authority; create illegal or harmful content; or access the service or data abnormally. Projects that may violate these rules may be suspended or removed.

6. Scope of service guidance

Recommendations, explanations and previews are decision-support information. They do not guarantee emotional or investment value, exact colour, or perfect real-world measurements. Rights, colour, size, delivery and production specifications must be confirmed again before manufacturing.
